Terms & Conditions

By purchasing, accessing, or using Cipherloom (“The Faceless Quiet Engine”), the buyer agrees to these Terms & Conditions. If the buyer does not agree, Cipherloom should not be purchased or accessed. Continued use of the curriculum after a posted update to these terms indicates acceptance of the updated terms.

Cipherloom is a four-module digital curriculum + 30-day operator calendar, delivered online with downloadable templates, worksheets, bridge-page wireframes, and a 7-touch email follow-up sequence. Access is web-portal based with lifetime access to the current curriculum and any future updates. Cipherloom is an educational product; it is not a guarantee of income, commissions, or any specific financial result.

A single Cipherloom purchase grants a single-operator, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the curriculum, templates, worksheets, and related materials for personal use in building one affiliate business.

The license does not permit resale, redistribution, public posting, sub-licensing, team or multi-operator use (without an upgrade license), or use of Cipherloom materials as the basis for a competing product.

Refund eligibility and process are governed by the standalone Refund Policy page, which forms part of these Terms. By purchasing Cipherloom, the buyer acknowledges that they have had the opportunity to read the Refund Policy at the published URL above.

Cipherloom does not guarantee income, commission volume, subscription signups, search ranking, or any specific financial result. The 30-day plan is an implementation roadmap, not an earnings timeline. Any illustrative numbers in the curriculum (dashboard mocks, diagrams, sample-month breakdowns) are illustrative only and not actual or expected earnings. All curriculum, templates, worksheets, bridge-page wireframes, the 7-touch email follow-up sequence, the Niche Brief / Stack Map / Buyer Intent Doc, illustrations, and related assets are the intellectual property of Cipherloom. A limited, personal-use license is granted to the buyer under Section 3. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

At purchase, Cipherloom collects the buyer's name and email address and routes payment through Stripe. Contact-form messages, when submitted, are stored for support history. Full details — including storage, retention, and buyer rights — are in the Privacy Policy.

Cipherloom may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. When updated, the revised terms will be posted at this URL with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued access to or use of Cipherloom after notice of an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Buyers who do not accept the revised terms should stop using the product and may be eligible for a refund under the Refund Policy.
