30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

To request a refund, contact us using the email address or contact method provided on the Cipherloom website. Please include the email address used for your purchase.

Eligible refunds will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. After a refund is issued, access to Cipherloom, including course materials, templates, downloads, resources, and future updates, may be terminated.

Refund requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date are generally not eligible.

Digital Product & Earnings

Cipherloom is a digital educational product, and access may be provided shortly after purchase. The 30-day refund policy still applies to eligible purchases.

Cipherloom does not guarantee income, commissions, business success, or any specific financial result. The 30-day implementation plan is a roadmap for building the system and is not a promise of earnings within 30 days.

Third-Party Programs

Cipherloom may discuss third-party software and affiliate programs. Their commission rates, requirements, availability, and terms can change and are outside our control. Such changes do not extend the 30-day refund period.
